Join us in the in-person anxiety skills group! This 5-week therapy group is designed specifically for teenage girls who are experiencing anxiety. In a supportive and confidential environment, participants will gain a better understanding of their anxiety and practical tools to manage anxious thoughts and feelings.
Using evidence-based strategies, including CBT, somatic based interventions, and mindfulness skills, members will learn how to build resilience, increase confidence, and develop healthier coping patterns to manage their anxiety.
Days, times, and locations will be announced in May. Group will begin the first week of July.
